The device has a rotor (10) fixed within a housing (1) and rotating around axis that is made to be fit over circumference with rotor tools (16). Stator tools (20) are arranged in a permanent position with respect to the housing, and arranged opposite the rotor tools so as to interact with the rotor tools for processing an input material. Each stator tool forms a set of tool units (22) held within a holder (21), where the tool units are cantilevered over length of the rotor, and a set of end sections of each tool unit is removably fixed in a set of clamping devices. |
