PURPOSE: A bellows pipe which improving the service life of the pipe by supplying high hardness and elasticity to the pipe, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the intensity of the bellows pipe through a thermal process. CONSTITUTION: A bellows pipe comprises a pipe body(11) and a coated part(14). A perforated body space(12) is formed on the pipe body. The coated part surrounds the outer face of the pipe body. The coated part is contacted with the pipe body in order to protect the exterior surface of the pipe body. Two or more pipe bodies are connected with each other. The bellows part located on the connection part of the pipe bodies are combined with one another.
