PURPOSE: A device and a method of multi voice signal system are provided to control voice recognition between a first and a second system in the state of mutual enable/disable, thereby using all the operation functions of each system of cares. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of voice recognition systems(207,209) includes each voice recognition module(207a,209a). The voice recognition module recognizes the voice. A first user input units(202,204) sets a voice recognition system to recognize the voice. The first user input unit set a short key role for realizing the specific function. At least one of a second user units(206,208) inputs a user operation command in the recognition to the voice recognition system.
