<p>The present invention discloses a handle of detachable grilling pan 8. The handle comprises a (preferably box-shaped) main body 1 provided with downward opening and a window 11 which is disposed on the top side of the main body, a shaft 24, a "L" shaped hook 4 and a spring 5. The main body 1 is connected to the grilling pan by a fixing plate 3; the "L" shaped hook 4 is hinged to the shaft 5, and the free end of the long straight part of the hook extends out of the window 11 of the handle body 1, and the free end of the short straight part of the hook 4 extends out of the opening of the handle body 1 and toward the grilling pan; the spring 5 presses against the long straight part of said "L" shaped hook for making the free end of the short straight part hook the opening of the shell 6 of the grill.</p> |
