POLYOL-IN-OIL TYPE EMULSION BASE AND LIP COSMETIC COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A lip cosmetic composition with excellent moisturizing is provided to minimize use of emulsifier without moisture loss or cold and to ensure color resolution. CONSTITUTION: A lip cosmetic polyalcohol in oil nonaqueous emulsifying base contains: 10-80 weight% of mixture of polyalcohol of glycerin, butylenes glycol, propylene glycol, sorbitol, erythritol, dipropylene glycol or maltitol and aqueous moisturizing ingredient of hyaluronic acid, trehalose, cermide, xylytol, pantenol, lysine PCA, urea, mannan, PEG-8, or glucose; 0.5-10 weight% of wax, 19-60 weight% of oil and 0.5-10 weight% of emulsifier.
