PURPOSE: A control device of a clutch driving shaft for switching two/four wheels of a vehicle is provided to enhance the assembling performance and productivity in manufacturing an upper plate by the reducing of the assembling processes of each part. CONSTITUTION: A control device of a clutch driving shaft for switching two/four wheels of a vehicle comprises a lower plate(21), a boss(22a), a case(22) and an upper plate(23). The lower plate is connected to the outer circumferential surface of a clutch driving shaft(11) of a clutch operating unit. The lower plate rotates with the clutch driving shaft. The boss is supported on the outer circumferential surface of the clutch driving shaft to be able to make relative rotation. The case accepts the lower plate. The upper plate is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the clutch driving shaft. The upper plate is installed to be able to linearly move in an axial direction by a linear guide unit.
