PURPOSE: A cofferdam heater and a floating marine structure with the same are provided to cope with the inner situation of a cofferdam rapidly and appropriately by selectively or simultaneously operating a main cofferdam heater and a secondary cofferdam heater. CONSTITUTION: A cofferdam heater comprises a main cofferdam heater and a secondary cofferdam heater. The main cofferdam heater sprays the seawater into the cofferdam to heat the inside of the cofferdam using the heat of the seawater. The secondary cofferdam heater can heat the inside of the cofferdam by the heat of a heat exchange medium by circulating the heat exchange medium through a heat medium pipe(51), which is arranged in the inside and the outside of the cofferdam. The main cofferdam heater comprises a seawater pipe and a seawater pump. The seawater pipe is installed in order to spray the seawater into the cofferdam. The seawater pump sucks the seawater from the outside of a floating marine structure and supplies the seawater into the cofferdam through the seawater pipe.
