PURPOSE: A tilt angle adjusting device for a road sign is provided to improve visibility of a road sign, since the road sign faces to the front side of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A tilt angle adjusting device(100) for a road sign comprises multiple fixed coupling pieces(110), a clamp(120), an angle control unit(130), and a fastening member(140). The multiple fixed coupling pieces are fixed the rear side of a road sign(20) and are positioned on the front side of a transverse support beam(10). The clamp is formed of a latch(122) and a support piece(124). The angle control unit is installed between the fixed coupling piece and the transverse support beam. The fastening member supports the road sign on the transverse support beam at a fixed tilt angle.
