摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a matrix array substrate having high-definition wiring lines with no disconnection and suppressed short circuits between lines, to provide a high-definition liquid crystal display apparatus equipped with the above matrix array substrate, to provide a high-definition data electrode for a PDP having no disconnection in wiring lines and excellent uniform conductivity and linearity, and to provide a high-definition PDP having the data electrode for a PDP. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The matrix array substrate has wiring lines fabricated by directly coupling a graft polymer in a pattern onto a glass substrate and depositing a conductive material on the graft polymer. The liquid crystal display is equipped with the above matrix array substrate. The data electrode for a PDP is fabricated by directly coupling a graft polymer in a plurality of lines onto a glass substrate and depositing a conductive material on the graft polymer.
