<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator capable of generating a large force even in case of reducing its size. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic actuator is provided with a yoke 1 for forming a magnetic path, an armature 21 so as to move inside the yoke 1, a permanent magnet 4 enabling the armature 21 to move or hold the circuit closed, a core 5 fitted at one end face of the permanent magnet in opposition to the armature 21, and solenoid coils 6a, 6b for increasing and decreasing magnetic force inside the yoke 1. A large-diameter part 21b with its cross section larger than that of a center part 21a of the armature is formed at a position opposed to the core 5 in the armature 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
