PURPOSE: A coating composition for a low refractive layer, an anti-reflection film using thereof, and an image display device including thereof are provided to secure the excellent antifouling property when being applied to the anti-reflection film. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for a low refractive layer contains the following: an organic-inorganic silica particle coated with a reactive fluoro-silane compound marked with chemical formula 1; an inorganic particle; a (meth)acrylate monomer; a photoinitiator; and a solvent. In the chemical formula 1, l is an integer of 1~3, and m is the integer of 1~50. B is an alkyl group with 1~10 carbons.
