PURPOSE: A water-proof and moisture-proof gum box having a plurality of closed structure is provided to securely maintain the gum box without additional second packing work, thereby manufacturing and using conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A gum box having dual opening-and-closing structure has a container body(10) which accommodates the contents and a lid which is formed into a structure available for folding and opening and closing of a opening part in the upper part of the container body. In the upper part of the lid, a discharge hole is formed and the discharge hole is opened and closed by folding the separate cap(22). The lid and a separate cap is sealed by sealing each dissembling band(30) and unsealed member. The lid has a combining frame for combing with a container body in lower part.
