PURPOSE: An interlocking method between a private branch exchange and a mobile communications network are provided to interlock a call between a private switch subscriber and a mobile communications network subscriber. CONSTITUTION: When a call between a mobile communications network and a private switching network are connected, an MPS(Media Process Subsystem)(230) offers the channel for media data between a PBX(Private Branch eXchange)(111) and an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(153). An SPS(Signal Process Subsystem)(210) receives the call processing signal of a computer of the SS7 base of the call processing signal of computer of PRI of PBX or the R2 base and MSC from MPS.
