TEMPERATURE SENSOR OF DISPLAY AND DISPLAY MANUFACTURING METHOD WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE: A temperature sensor for a display device and a method for manufacturing a display device therewith are provided to accurately detect surface temperature of a display device by integrating the temperature sensor on a substrate of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor for a display device comprises first electrodes(40), second electrodes(60), and a controller(70). The first electrodes are installed in a substrate, and the resistance value of the first electrodes is changed depending on temperature. The second electrodes are installed in the substrate to be overlapped with the first electrodes. The controller detects voltage of an area where the first and second electrodes are overlapped and senses temperature using the detected voltage.
