PURPOSE: An HVAC system using the ground heat is provided to achieve the economical operation through the reduction of the operation costs for the cooling and the heating. CONSTITUTION: An HVAC system using the ground heat comprises a heating water supply unit(100), an indoor unit(200), and an outdoor air supply unit(300). The heating water supply unit comprises a first casing(110). A first ground-heat exchange unit(130), which is connected to a first heat collecting tube(120) installed under the ground through a first supply pipe(140a) and a first discharge pipe(140b), is installed on the lower part of the first casing, a heating water exchange unit(150), which is connected to a first heat exchange unit(220) through a second supply pipe(160a) and a second discharge pipe(160b), is installed on the upper part of the first casing, a first ground-heat circulating pump(P1) is connected to the first discharge pipe, a heating water circulating pump(P2) is connected to the second discharge pipe and the indoor unit comprises a second casing(210), which comprises an inlet(211) and an outlet(212). In the second casing, a first blower(230) is installed on the rear of the first heat exchange unit and an outdoor air supply unit(240) is connected to the outside the second casing.
