<p>PURPOSE: A cooking apparatus is provided to minimize the heat loss since the heat is concentrated on a grill unit by a plane type heater(30) and the heat through the grill unit is penetrated into foods. CONSTITUTION: A cooking apparatus comprises an input unit, a control unit, a cooking grill(24) and a plane type heater(30). A cooking operation starts through the input unit. The control unit outputs a control signal according to the input of the input unit. The cooking grill comprises a grill unit(22), which makes contact with foods. The plane type heater is controlled by the control unit. The plane type heater is formed in the cooking grill in a plane type and supplies the heat to the grill unit. The plane type heater is formed to have the same pattern to the grill unit.</p> |
