PURPOSE: An earthquake-proof reinforcement device for a pre-installed column having a circular or oval section, an earthquake-proof reinforcement structure, and an earthquake-proof reinforcement method are provided to be rapidly applied on a pre-installed column installed in a subway. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-proof reinforcement device for a pre-installed column having a circular or oval section comprises a spacer and an interlock steel sheet(30). The spacer is vertically installed on a wall of a pre-installed column(1) having a circular or oval section. The interlock steel sheet is vertically installed on the outside of the space. The interlock steel sheet covers the outside of the pre-installed column.
