PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the meshing between gears in a simple structure, without enlarging a device, in an ordinary use state of the gear device. SOLUTION: An inclination of an inclining part is set larger than an inclination determined based on the reduction gear ratio by inclining so that the pitch conical surface of a second gear and a third gear separates inside in the radial direction to the pitch conical surface of a first gear and a fourth gear, and so that a reference pitch circle diameter (PCD) position is positioned inside in the radial direction to a reference pitch circle diameter (PCD) position of the first gear and the fourth gear.
