PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a vinyl chloride polymer aqueous dispersion having high solid concentration in the vinyl chloride polymer aqueous dispersion and reduced polymerization scale for performing fine suspension polymerization of a vinyl chloride monomer. SOLUTION: When fine suspension polymerization of the vinyl chloride monomer is performed, an aqueous dispersion (A) of a vinyl chloride polymer having 0.15 to 0.5μm average particle diameter on the basis of volume is added to a dispersion containing the vinyl chloride monomer to perform polymerization reaction.
