<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a correction value which is more effective to correct. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The method of acquiring the correction value of the fluid jetting apparatus carries out an image formation operation of jetting a fluid from nozzles possessed by a head unit while moving the head unit that has nozzle arrays with the nozzles arranged in a predetermined direction for jetting the fluid to a medium, in a direction that intersects the predetermined direction to the medium, a conveyance operation of conveying the medium in the intersection direction, and a next image formation operation after the conveyance operation. The method includes (2) forming a first pattern by the image formation operation, (3) forming a second pattern by the image formation operation after the conveyance operation, (4) acquiring a first reading tone value as a read tone value of the first pattern and a second reading tone value as a read tone value of the second pattern, (5) calculating the correction value on the basis of an average value of the first reading tone value and the second reading tone value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
