PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition capable of further enhancing adhesion property between the same kind or different kinds of rubbers before and after vulcanization and adhesion force and peeling off strength of mutual rubber members as compared with conventional properties, a cement composition, a method for adhering the rubber compositions to each other using it, and a tire manufactured using the adhering method. SOLUTION: The rubber composition includes a modified natural rubber in which a polar group-containing hydrazide compound is added to at least one kind of a natural rubber raw material selected from the group consisting of natural rubbers, natural rubber latex coagulums and natural rubber cup lamps to add the polar group-containing hydrazide compound to a natural rubber molecule in the natural rubber raw material as a rubber component, and an organic solvent. The cement composition using it, the method for adhering the rubber compositions to each other using the cement composition and the tire manufactured using the adhering method are provided.
