PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide motor winding, which can be made small in coil external diameter and which can solve the problems of insulation defects. SOLUTION: A coil bobbin includes: a bobbin body having a coil wound around an outer periphery of a core portion in a multilayer array, the bobbin body having the cylindrical core portion, a flange formed at an end of the core portion integrally with the core portion, and a terminal portion for processing a terminal of the coil; and a coil formed by arraying and winding a conductor around the core portion in an axial direction. Then, a start portion conductor as one end of the coil and an end portion conductor as the other end are fixed to the terminal respectively, and while the total number of winding layers of the coil is N layer (even), the number of turns of the outermost-layer N layer is less than M-2 in which M is the number of turns of other even-numbered layers, the number of turns of the second layer (N-1) counted from the outermost-layer N layer is less than L-1 in which L is the number of turns of other odd-numbered layers. The coil end portion conductor is arranged at a space portion formed of the flange and the coil formed by the winding, and is fixed to the terminal portion included in the flange.
