<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient light emitting diode (LED) light by improving heat-dispersion property of the LED light, and by greatly raising productivity for cutting a cost when producing it in a mechanical equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The LED light has one thermally conductive insulating substrate 10, and a thermally conductive column 20 with the same thickness as the substrate and mounted with the LED thereon. The bottom of the thermally conductive column is connected to a heat-dispersion panel 21, a chip and a transparent cover 23 is sequentially fixed on the upper surface of the thermally conductive column. An electronic channel and an electrode are provided on the surface of the substrate, a hole 11 is formed on the margin of the substrate to pass the electric channel through, an electrode chip 12 is connected for electric conduction at the bottom of the hole, and further a fluoroscopic mirror 13 is mounted on the transparent cover. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
