PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for calling driver's attention by processing information while suppressing an influence on information accuracy. SOLUTION: An RF unit 52 and a modem unit 54 receive a packet signal from a wireless device mounted on another vehicle. An extraction unit 302 extracts information on an existing position and traveling state of the another vehicle from the packet signal. A selection unit 310 selects other vehicles combinable with map information such that the number of other vehicles combinable with the map information does not exceed a threshold. A combining unit 306 combines the existing positions of the selected vehicles with the map information. A display unit 308 displays the combined map information on a monitor.
