PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic transducer unit in which wire bonding can be efficiently implemented without limitation. SOLUTION: The acoustic transducer unit comprises: (a) a first member 30 with an opening 39 and a cavity part 38 communicating with the opening 39 are formed therein; (b) a second member 20 which is bonded to the first member 30 and covers the opening 39 of the first member 30; and (c) an acoustic transducer 2 which is disposed within the cavity part 38 of the first member 30 and transduces sound into an electric signal or transduces an electric signal into sound. A terminal electrode 52 formed on a surface 31 of the first member 30 surrounding the opening 39 and an electrode pad 6 formed on an upper face 2a of the acoustic transducing element 2 are electrically bonded via a wire 8. A difference between a height of the surface 31 of the first member 30 surrounding the opening 39 and that of the upper face 2a of the acoustic transducing element 2 on which the electrode pad 6 is formed is small.
