SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REDUCING PRINTING DELAY FOR PRINT JOB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a delay upon the printing of a print job in a method and a system for printing the print job.

SOLUTION: The method includes steps of determining whether or not there is a risk that the processing speed of a print engine is higher than the processing speed of a RIP in a level that printing may be interrupted based on ripping performance data and printing performance data of providing second print job content of printing queue, and switching the printing of first job content to the printing of the second print job content of the printing queue in the print engine according to determination that the processing speed of the print engine is higher than the processing speed of the in the level that the printing may be interrupted.
