PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch 10 for refilling capable of accurately dividing and spouting a content by a simple and rapid operation. SOLUTION: The pouch 10 for refilling includes: a spout 15 provided on one side of the upper part of the pouch; a mouth plug 17 containing a cap 16; and a content filling portion 14. The filling portion 14 is provided with a partitioning portion 18 for shutting a predetermined amount of the content when the content is poured out. The partitioning portion 18 is composed of an unopenable partitioning portion Db (the whole or a part of a strongly heat-sealed portion 19 or a gusset member 20) and an openable partitioning portion Da (releasable weakly heat-sealed portion 20).
