PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser system with higher efficiency. SOLUTION: The laser system includes: a DFB laser device 10 which outputs a laser beam 52; a harmonic generating element 30 which converts the laser beam 52 into the harmonic beam 54 of the laser beam; a first film 18 which is provided on the laser beam outputting surface of a semiconductor layer on which the DFB laser device 10 is formed and is a reflection preventing film with respect to the laser beam; a second film 16 which is provided on the surface of the semiconductor layer on the opposite side to the outputting surface and is a high reflection film with respect to the laser beam; a third film 36 which is provided on the inputting surface of the laser beam 52 on the harmonic generating element 30 and is a reflection preventing film with respect to the laser beam 52; and a fourth film 38, which is provided on the outputting surface of the harmonic beam 54 on the harmonic generating element 30 and is a high reflection film with respect to the laser beam 52 and is a high reflection preventing film with respect to the harmonic beam 54.
