PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which can improve front visibility by a light-distribution pattern for a high beam while the maximum luminous intensity permitted by a light-distribution pattern for a low beam is satisfied. SOLUTION: A vehicular headlight 10 is formed so as to perform beam irradiation to the front by a lighting fixture unit 18 capable of forming a plurality of light-distribution patterns. The lighting fixture unit 18 has a light source 22a arranged on an optical axis extending in a vehicle crossing direction, a reflector 24 for reflecting light from the light source 22a to the front, an additional reflector 40 for reflecting light not reflected by the reflector 24 among the light from the light source 22a to the front, a projection lens 28 arranged in front of the reflector 24, a shade 32 arranged between the projection lens 28 and the reflector 24 and shading a part of the reflected light from the reflector 24, and a shade 34 arranged between the light source 22a and the additional reflector 40 and shading a part of the light from the light source 22a.
