PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide temporal consistency among a plurality of logs each having a time stamp attached thereto by a mutually independent timer. SOLUTION: A mobile unit 1 includes: a dummy data output part 21 for outputting, to respective generation parts 13 and 18, dummy data which allow a C-plane log generation part 13 and a U-plane log generation part 18 to generate logs with identical timing; a calculation part 22 for reading the C-plane log generated in accordance with the dummy data from a C-plane log storage part 15, reading the U-plane log generated in accordance with the dummy data from the U-plane log storage part 20, and calculating a difference between time stamps of the respective logs; and a correction part 23 for correcting one of the time stamps so as to match the other by adding or subtracting a difference to or from the time stamp of the C-plane log or the time stamp of the U-plane log.
