PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the merchandise value of granules and to enlarge the range of an object to be treated by making it easy for the granules to pass through and preventing the defect or breakage of the granules. SOLUTION: The cylindrical sifter includes: a first sieve 1 which is an arm integrated rotation type cylindrical sieve including a cylindrical case 2 freely attachable and detachable to/from a rotary shaft 21, an arm 3 extending in the radial direction from the outer diameter surface of the cylindrical case 2 and a sieve body 4 connected with the arm 3 and integrally rotated coaxially with the arm 3 and the rotary shaft 21; a stirring member 7 including a cylindrical case 7a freely attachable and detachable to/from the rotary shaft 21 and a blade 7c attached to the outer diameter surface of the cylindrical case; and a fixed type second sieve 8. A first sieve state is configured by fixing the first sieve 1 to the rotary shaft 21 and rotating the first sieve 21 with the rotary shaft 21 inside a sieve treatment chamber 24. On the other hand, a second sieve state is configured by fixing the stirring member 7 to the rotary shaft 21, fixing the second sieve 8 inside the sieve treatment chamber 24 and rotating the stirring member 7 with the rotary shaft 21 inside the second sieve 8.
