PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean room unit for preparation of drugs in which an atmospheric air moderately changes in opening and closing a door. SOLUTION: This clean room unit for preparation of drugs includes a work unit 30 equipped with a door 60, a clean bench 40 having a work table 41, pressure-adjustable air supply/exhaust systems (71, 72, etc.) exhausting the air from the clean bench 40 while supplying the clean air to a work room 34, and a control device 22 capable of executing heterogeneous drug preparation work by switching an atmospheric pressure of the work room 34 to a negative pressure or other pressures. In opening and closing the door 60, an air supply-side damper 18, an exhaust-side damper 15, a normally-closed damper 90 are automatically opened according to a manual operation of a damper operating member or by detecting opening/closing and operation of the door 60.
