PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper fastening structure of a magnetic levitation system capable of effectively absorbing, by a simple structure, displacement caused by the expansion and contraction of a rail by changes in temperature, and improving the vertical vibration absorbing performance of the rail and the sleeper. SOLUTION: The sleeper fastening structure 1 of the magnetic levitation system fastens the sleeper 5 for the travelling rail 4 to a plurality of base plates 3 arranged on a roadbed 2 of a travelling track at intervals. A lower flange 5b of the sleeper 5 is placed on the base plates 3 by the intermediary of an elastic body 6 and a metal plate 7. The lower flange 5b of the sleeper 5 is pressed by a hold-down spring 8 serving as an urging means toward the base plates 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
