PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed mounting structure of a bed carrying vehicle allowing easy loading of a bed into the vehicle, carrying not only a stretcher but also a coffin or other kinds of beds, and applicable for various uses such as a transportation of a sick or injured person to and from a hospital, a transportation of a bedridden person requiring nursing care to and from a nursing home and a transportation of the coffin. SOLUTION: Side bases 12 are provided along the outside of both frames of a roller conveyer 20, and the roller conveyer 20 is slidable in frontward/backward and movable in upward/downward between the side bases 12. The upper end of the arch-shaped surface of the roller 22 is positioned below the upper surface of the side bases 12 when the roller conveyer 20 is positioned on the front side, and the upper end of the arch-shaped surface of the roller 22 is positioned above the upper surface of the side bases 12 when the roller conveyer 20 is positioned on the rear side.
