PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror surface decorative sheet which has mirror surface properties, is allowed to impart performance such as a scratching resistance and anti-staining properties, and also excellent in design properties by reducing interference fringes. SOLUTION: The mirror surface decorative sheet includes, on a thermoplastic resin base material, a picture design layer, a transparent thermoplastic resin layer, and a surface protective layer at least in this order. The transparent thermoplastic resin layer is formed from a biaxial stretched polyester resin. Waveform irregular patterns are formed on the entire surface of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer. Waveform irregular patterns are formed on the entire surface of the surface protective layer corresponding to the waveform irregular patterns of the entire surface of the transparent thermoplastic resin layer. The waveform irregular patterns of the surface protective layer have amplitudes of 300-800 nm and wavelengths of 1.5-3.0 mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
