PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-leading duct structure for a vehicle capable of efficiently leading cooling air (traveling wind) to a cooling equipment. SOLUTION: The air-leading duct structure 20 includes right and left sidewall ducts 46, 68 provided at right and left sides of a radiator 31; and right and left first seal parts 47, 69 projected from inner wall surfaces 46a, 68a of the right and left sidewall ducts toward the radiator 31. The right and left sidewall ducts 46, 68 are members for leading the air at a front side of the vehicle to the radiator 31 side as cooling air. The right and left first seal parts are arranged to be spaced from the radiator to a vehicle body front side with a predetermined interval S1. Further, the right and left first seal part is elastically deformed by a traveling wind pressure at traveling to be brought into contact with the radiator. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
