PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair setter capable of securely preventing hair from protruding out of bristles while blowing hair so as to be usable for accurately blowing hair or setting hair. SOLUTION: The hair setter includes a blow brush 2 on one side of a setter body 1 for brushing hair while heating it. The blow brush 2 includes a brush frame 25 including a blowout port 23 and a group of bristles 24. A brush frame 25 includes a hair presser 40, so that hair can be set as held between both members 25 and 40. The hair presser 40 is supported to reciprocatably swing between a closed position to cover projecting ends of the bristles 24 and an opened position to separate from the projecting ends of the bristles 24, and is urged by a spring 53 to move toward the closed position.
