PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring capable of suppressing the wear of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: A fixed ring 66 is arranged at the outer periphery of one end portion 32A of the diaphragm 32. The annular-shape fixed ring 66 is composed of a cylinder 66A arranged along the outer peripheral face of the diaphragm 32, and a bent part 66B bent at an approximately right angle to the radial outside in the cylinder-axial direction. The cylinder 66A is caulked and fixed to a chamber member 22 through its outside while holding one end 32A of the diaphragm 32 between the chamber member 22 and itself.
