PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior material which has an excellent biodegradation characteristic and can easily be recycled at a low cost, for example, by chemical recycling. SOLUTION: When a thermoplastic polyurethane resin having ester bonds in the molecule among thermoplastic polyurethane resins is mixed with an aliphatic polyester resin having a carboxylic acid at the terminal, the acid point originated from the aliphatic polyester resin can hydrolyze the ester bond in the thermoplastic polyurethane resin. Consequently, the thermoplastic polyurethane resin can be converted into low molecules. The interior material for the vehicles comprises the thermoplastic polyurethane resin having ester bonds in the molecule and the aliphatic polyester resin having the carboxylic acid at the terminal.
