PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf practice tool which makes it possible to instantaneously sense the propriety of a ball hitting position, and whose using method is extremely simple, at low cost. SOLUTION: The golf practice tool is a sheet which has an area where the center part is turned to a through-hole and whose at least one surface can be stuck to the face surface of a golf club head. The through-hole roughly matches with the sweet area of the face surface, and in the case of sticking it and performing hitting, a normal feeling is obtained when hitting in the sweet area, and a touch, a feeling and hitting sound different from usual are obtained due to the tool interposed between a face and a ball when hitting off the sweet area.
