PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional wire baits have poor buoyancy, and are defected in rolling and difficult in hanging a line, snap and swivel, as they are formed by bending fine metal wire members. SOLUTION: A fishing lure is brought to easily float on a mountain stream, lake and sea and to obtain rolling and light reflection by forming a forked upper arm 5 and lower arm 9 having a predetermined width with a thin ground plate 1, and holing small holes 3, 6, 10 at the tip 2, upper arm 5 and lower arm 9 of the plate 1 to bring a blade 8, split ring 16 and swivel 7 to be easily hung to the small holes 3, 6, 10.
