<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door connecting member capable of enhancing workability in the adjustment of upper and lower positions of a door and a mounting object and capable of preventing the displacement of the upper and lower positions after the adjustment, and a door connecting structure using the door connecting member. <P>SOLUTION: The door connecting member 1 includes: a first connecting body 10 which has a first casing 11 fixed to either of mounting surfaces 3 and 7, and a first adjusting block 20; a second connecting body 30 which is mounted to the other one; and connecting arms 50 and 60. The first adjusting block comprises a vertical adjusting screw 26 which can advance and recede in a vertical direction and which has an adjusting operation portion and an adjusting abutment portion 26a, a block-side screw 25, and a connecting protrusion 28. The first casing has a slot 13 through which a connecting protrusion is inserted and which allows its vertical motion, and an adjusting retainer 14.
