<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that prevents a dedicated circuit part from malfunctioning. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit including a power supply part 11, a control circuit part 12, and the dedicated circuit part 13, includes: a first power supply circuit 11a which is provided to the power supply part, generates first electric power and supplies it to the dedicated circuit part; a second power supply circuit 11b which is provided to the power supply part, generates second electric power lower in voltage than the first electric power and supplies it to the control circuit part; and a reset circuit 11c which is provided to the power supply part, generates a reset signal for indicating resetting cancel and supplies it to the dedicated circuit part after the second electric power rises, and resetting of the dedicated circuit part is canceled after the control circuit part starts operating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
