PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLL circuit capable of superimposing all the oscillation frequency bands, when switching the oscillation frequency bands of a voltage control oscillator, by switching over combinations of a plurality of capacitors having different capacities during a high-frequency operation. SOLUTION: The PLL circuit 1 includes a voltage control oscillator 2 for switching the oscillation frequency bands, by switching the combinations of a plurality of capacitors 51-1 to 51-n, having different capacities. In the PLL circuit 1, the overall capacity of the voltage control oscillator 2 is increased, by selecting the capacitor 5-1 or the capacitor 5-2 for correction, when the capacitor 52-4 or 52-5 having a relatively large capacity is no longer selected during high-frequency operation of the voltage control oscillator 2.
