PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a chemical composition using a continuous mixing device. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the chemical composition continuously produces the chemical composition for a flat panel display or for a semiconductor, using the continuous mixing device. The apparatus for producing the chemical composition includes: two or more raw material tanks which store raw material components of the chemical composition separately; a pump which is connected to the raw material tank and transfers the raw material components; the continuous mixing device in which the two or more raw material components, having been transferred from the raw material tanks, continuously flow in to be mixed in the flow, and from which the chemical composition in which various raw material components are evenly mixed flow out; a composition detector which analyzes the components of the chemical composition flowing out from the continuous mixing device; and a filler which fills a product container with the chemical composition produced at the continuous mixing device.
