<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can determine a load imposed on a motor and the magnitude of a motor constant, and to provide a fluid jet device and a method of controlling the motor. <P>SOLUTION: The motor controller includes a speed-computing means 100, which computes the driving speed of the motor M, a feedback control means 100, which performs feedback control for driving the motor M, at a first driving speed and a second driving speed higher than the first, based on the computation results of the speed-computing means 100; a power-measuring means 100, which measures first power which is applied to the motor M, when the feedback control means 100 drives the motor M at the first driving speed and a second power which is applied to the motor M, when the feedback control means 100 drives the motor M at the second driving speed; and a determining means 100, which determines the load imposed on the motor M and a torque constant, based on the measured first power and second power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
