<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for information distribution capable of enhancing the services to passengers by displaying operational information required according to the traveling direction and the traveling line in an auxiliary display device in a train. <P>SOLUTION: An accumulation part 202 accumulates operational information via a communication part 201 based on control information prepared by a control information preparation part 203 and traveling information detected from a traveling information detection part 205.
