<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily make registration at a shop for purchase of a personal computer and to quickly return an appropriate answer to an inquiry from the user by a dedicated operator. <P>SOLUTION: This personal computer user support system is provided with personal computer shops 10-1n each receiving user information of the personal computer user buying a personal computer and transmitting it from a terminal, a user information database 40 receiving and accumulating the user information, maker group sections 20-2m each receiving an inquiry from personal computer users 30-3m and transmitting it from a terminal, and at the same time, asking response to the inquiry to a dedicated section, a personal computer user support center 60 receiving the inquiry, referring the user information database according its contents, deciding a response method to the inquiry, and notifying the decision to the personal computer, and a personal computer information database 50 storing technological information about the inquiry and trade information about the personal computer user and sending the corresponding information to reference from the personal computer user support center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
