摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of restraining the occurrence of a shock, when increasing torque transmitted to an output member from a prime mover. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle control device is provided by arranging a transmission and a torque transmission device in a power transmission passage reaching a driven member from the prime mover of a vehicle, and has a first gear ratio control means (Step S1 and S2) for reducing the gear ratio of the transmission when a condition of increasing the torque transmitted to the driven member is realized, a torque capacity control means (Step S3) for increasing torque capacity of the torque transmission device after controlling the gear ratio of the transmission, a second gear ratio control means (Step S4) for increasing the gear ratio of the transmission after increasing the torque capacity of the torque transmission device, and a changing means (Step S2 and S4) for changing the gear ratio of the transmission determined by a first gear ratio setting means or a changing speed of the gear ratio determined by the second gear ratio control means by a state of a vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
