PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving grazing performance in brazing a plurality of tubes in a face-contact state. SOLUTION: The water heat exchanger 22 includes refrigerant tubes 121, 122 and a water tube 123. The refrigerant tubes 121, 122 have refrigerant flow channels 121a, 122a in which refrigerants flow. The water tube 123 has a second flow channel 123a in which water flows, and is kept into face-contact with the refrigerant tubes 121, 122. First contacted faces 121b, 122b of the refrigerant tubes 121, 122 as contact faces with the water tube 123, and second contacted faces 123b, 123c of the water tube 123 as contact faces with the refrigerant tubes 121, 122 have projecting sections 121c, 122c.
